After 25 years of monsters, treasure, backstabbing, and questionable alliances, Munchkin is getting a major refresh with Munchkin: Second Edition!
The classic dungeon-crawling card game is back with updated artwork by original artist John Kovalic, redesigned cards, clearer icons, faster setup, a new game board, player reference cards—and actual (pretend) gold coins!
The goal is still wonderfully simple: reach Level 10 before everyone else.
Kick down doors, fight monsters, grab treasure, equip ridiculous items, and convince your friends to help you—or betray them at the first opportunity.
The Second Edition introduces several changes designed to make the game faster and easier to get to the fun, including a new coin system that lets you get change when selling Items and even bribe your fellow adventurers.
And don’t worry about all those Munchkin cards you’ve collected over the years! The new edition includes guidelines for playing with cards from the original edition, so your old favorites don’t have to stay in the dungeon.
